The Traditional German Sausage Stall in Eumundi Parkside Market has a great reputation for providing authentic German Sausages. The specialties range from the Wood Smoked Spicy Debreziner to the Mild Wood Smoked Bockwurst to the Traditional Bratwurst and just recently adding the popular Cheese Kransky. The Sausages are served in locally sourced freshly made baguettes served with mustard or sauces of choice topped with onions and German Sauerkraut. The flavors and the value come together successfully and we hope to satisfy the demand for this unique product.
