Our Ginger Beer is made by the traditional fermented method, known as “the bug” or “the plant“. We make our ginger beer with fresh Eumundi Ginger (Templeton’s); fresh lemon juice; filtered water, and fruit yeast (the old raisin trick!).
Our family has been selling The Best Ginger Beer in the World for over twenty years at Eumundi Markets, and we are met with consistently kind comments from our customers.
As it is a live product, it needs to be kept cold to keep it from developing too much fizz and losing too much sweetness. Please Enjoy.
