Established in 2007, Jimmy’s Gourmet Calamari is Queensland’s original salt and pepper calamari market vendor and has been dishing up this crowd favourite for Eumundi Market visitors for almost 15 years. Every serve is cooked fresh to order and is presented on a bed of seasonal greens with your choice of homemade dipping sauce and a lemon wedge. Our homemade sauces are egg, dairy and gluten free and a rice flour option is available on request.
