Bamboo Feather started as an idea when Jules was given a pair of feather earrings while traveling around North America. By 2011 Bamboo Feather was established on the Sunshine Coast, Australia starting with a small stall at the Eumundi Markets with just a tiny selection of feather earrings, hair extensions and a lot of optimism. Since then, Jules has expanded her range of feather decor and hair accessories to handmade hair wraps, yarn braids, hat feathers, and ‘love catchers’. 

You can also visit her braid bar to get your hair plaited and braided in various styles and colours.  From school friendly French braids to big festival style mermaid braids, she can get your hair up and neatly twisted away. Holidays on the Sunshine Coast are easy when you have your hair in braids (coloured or not) and there is no brushing or washing needed! No matter what kind of boho style accessory you are looking for, Jules is ready to greet you with a big smile.
