Tibetan Momos

Tibetan Momos - Fried or Steamed. Momos are a very popular Tibetan food.

They are made of fresh cabbage, carrot, bean noodles, organic tofu, onion, and marinated with sea salt, herbs and spices. These flavoursome ingredients are wrapped in home made wheat flour pastry. You can have them either fried, steamed or a combination of both. Momos are served with sweet chilli sauce, soya sauce and slices of cucumber. Try something different!
